Installation Time Comparison of Standard Vertical Hanging Panels Compared with SnapCab:

One vertical panel has been installed. In the same amount of time, SnapCabs are completed with pad hooks and hand railing installed.

Reveals: Five reveal strips to install between each panel Reveals: Two reveal strips to be installed (corners only)

Measuring: With the aide of a plywood clip jig, six z-clips are precisely mounted for each hanging panel. For this job, there would be a total of 24 clips installed using 48 screws. Measuring: With the SnapCab system, you only have to center and level the first layer. the rest of the wall registers itself automatically. Instaled with 25 screws.

Toe Kick: Must be installed prior to reveal strips and panel. Toe Kick: Pre-installed on first layer of ILP panel system

Hand Railing: After all four vertical panels are installed, measurements must be taken to lay out location of the hand rail hardware. Drill and bolt hand railing standoffs through the wall of the cab, and nut the bolts from outside of the cab. Hand Railing: Pre-installed on panel.

Pad Hooks: After all four vertical panels are installed, measurements must be taken to layout location of the pad hooks. Drill and bold pad hooks through the wall of the cab and nut the bolts from outside the cab. Pad Hooks: Pre-installed on panel.
